## Who I am
I’m a product manager with over 15 years experience across a wide range of solutions. Most of my career has been devoted to healthcare tech and I’m passionate about solving high-value problems in this extremely complex environment.
Zero-to-one is my comfort zone. I’m an entrepreneur and a builder. I build great product teams in a player-coach capacity and with a focus on making the space for everyone to shine.
Claude Code is where I live now. It has made product management into the career I thought I was signing up for in the first place and it has completely changed the way I approach building products.

**Decision-making:** Love data, but confident making decisions on incomplete information
**Communication:** Outspoken, direct, and to the point. I laugh easily and I firmly believe that work should be fun
**Process:** Not a fan of routine or over-structured work, but I respect a well-designed process
**Thinking:** I’m a big-picture thinker and I love to connect the dots across unrelated domains to find the real problem before jumping to a solution.
**Collaboration:** Nothing is more valuable than great thought partners. I’m a strong believer in cognitive diversity and I’m always looking for ways to challenge and push my own thinking.
## My Product Management pillars
- Fall in love with the problem, not the solution
- Be more scared of having blind spots than of hearing about them.
- Design like you’re right, then listen like you’re wrong
- Interviewing users is necessary but nowhere near sufficient. Discovering unarticulated needs takes creativity, and a desire to be proven wrong.
- Get out of the office. Healthcare is physical and “deep IRL”. That’s why solution models from other industries rarely translate.
## My Management philosophy
- Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.
- Shut up and listen.
- Cognitive diversity makes great teams. It’s less comfortable. It’s worth it.
- Hire the best, then get out of the way.
- Culture is a product of the worst behavior you tolerate.
- Your people are the gate between you and the truth. Act accordingly.
- Managers have a huge impact on their team’s lives. Be the best you can be. Be someone who’s easy to forgive.

**Problem framing:** Conceptual and analytical thinker. I am relentless in understanding, defining and framing the real problem before jumping to a solution.
**Healthcare product strategy:** Deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, regulatory landscape, and what it takes to sell into health systems.
